Job summary

Suntrup Automotive Group, located in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist (Full-Time) to be the first point of contact for customers across sales, service, and parts.

You will manage inbound calls, texts, and emails, direct customers to the right department, and maintain accurate CRM records to support seamless operations. You will work a full-time schedule with varied shifts, receive health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems is a plus.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for sales, service, and parts.
• Route customers quickly and accurately to the right department.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Handle multiple conversations at once while staying organized and professional.
• Document all interactions clearly in our CRM.
• Support follow-up by logging notes and next steps for the team.
• Assist with light administrative tasks related to customer communication.
