Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Flexibility with shifts, strong service orientation, and adherence to safety are expected.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, operating the register, stocking, merchandising, and ensuring a safe store environment. Training and potential propane experience may be required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; must read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs, recommend product solutions and add value.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Perform stocking, merchandising, pricing changes and plan-o-grams.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
