Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support selling initiatives and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will interact with customers and team members, handle transactions, merchandize, maintain cleanliness, and assist with loading purchases.

The role requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on safety and service. No prior experience is required, though retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Provide Legendary Customer Experience through GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value, Appreciate.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in the mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising tasks and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties, price changes and basic store operations.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a positive shopping experience.
