Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfactory customer experience and engage with customers.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
