Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipments, orders, and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to achieve store sales and operational goals.
