The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to the company’s growth.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on customer service, sales performance, and efficient store operations, within a vibrant retail environment. This role emphasizes flexibility and a strong work ethic to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering outstanding service.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
