Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, invites you to join our store team in Concord as a Customer Experience Associate. You will engage with customers, ring purchases, maintain a clean store, and support loss prevention and safety.

Starting pay is $13.00–$13.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash following procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps the sales floor clean and organized.
• Complies with safety, labor laws, and shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
