• Prioritize safety and model safe behaviors on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clutter-free, clear egress and report unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Provide courteous service; greet customers and assist with merchandise.
• Respond promptly to Customer service calls and questions.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness and restrooms.
• Assist in stock receipts and merchandising per guidelines.
• Follow MOS, cash, refunds and loss prevention policies.
