Job summary

Marshalls in Atlanta, GA is hiring to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will ring up purchases, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness and organization. This role supports store operations, may be cross-trained in multiple areas, and requires a flexible schedule.

Previous retail experience is preferred, strong communication, and teamwork. Starting pay ranges from $13.25 to $13.75 per hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within TJX’s

• Assist in cross-training across store areas as needed.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming store environment.
