Job summary

Airgas in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Customer Resolution Manager to lead regional dispute resolution teams and improve customer experience across AR and collections processes. You will drive strategies to rapidly resolve disputes, reduce volume, and provide executive-level updates on performance and root-cause trends.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with AR and field operations, with travel as needed to support regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing.
• 5+ years in roles leading Back Office functions and/or Customer Service for multi business unit operation.
• 3+ years motivating, influencing and leading dynamic high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CX Supervisors and Customer Experience Specialists handling disputes.
• Develop strategies to reduce dispute volume and improve resolution time.
• Report metrics and root-cause trends to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with AR Manager and field operations to streamline the resolution workflow.
