Job summary

Airgas in Oklahoma City seeks a Customer Services Professional to support our sales team and client base. You will resolve account inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records to ensure high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes an owner mindset, autonomy, and collaboration with account managers to deliver seamless service regionally, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in industrial gases or similar industrial products.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to provide seamless service to our professional community.
• Ensure alignment on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.
• Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
• Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey.
• Foster a sense of partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach to daily office operations.
• Some travel required within the region.
