Enterprise Mobility, part of Enterprise Holdings, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative at the Gainesville Airport to deliver friendly and efficient service and guide customers through rental terms and options. This role supports a smooth rental process and timely returns in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 18+, US work authorization, a HS diploma or GED, 2 years in customer service or sales, basic PC use, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or sales.
• 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.
• No disqualifying drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services clearly.
• Recommend protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Provide directions, maps, and local information to customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions by phone or in person.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This pay for this position starts at $19.25 / hour

This position is located at the Gainesville Airport- 3880 N E 39TH Ave (Suite N) Gainesville, FL 32609

Schedule:

• Wednesday- Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
• A minimumof basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required
• Must have a valid drivers' license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
