Job summary

Taylor Corporation in North Mankato, MN is seeking an Expeditor to join our production team on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm). You will work to expedite orders, communicate with internal departments, and ensure on-time shipments while maintaining data accuracy.

You will run daily production reports for leadership, support customer service with timely information, and help optimize workflow. Strong Excel/Access skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and data handling preferred.
• Ability to use Excel and Access to build simple tools and reports.

Your Opportunity

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Expeditor in our North Mankato, MN facility.

Work Authorization

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service skills
• Expedite orders in production to ensure orders are shipped on time and/or meeting expedited requirements
• Run daily production reports to provide data to the leadership team

Your Shift

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

You Must Have

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts
• Ability to work with multiple systems and create tools via excel or access
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to coordinate with internal Taylor departments such as purchasing, production, and customer service

Requirements within this position

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or related area

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 -22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
