Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and champion our customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring every interaction with Tarter is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Consistently strive to hit revenue generating growth goals.
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively, including Sales, Logistics, and Product Development.
• Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to improve service delivery.
