Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We are hiring multiple full-time Customer Experience Center schedulers who will provide scheduling, phone support, and patient access services to ensure seamless care access.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, data accuracy, and use of Epic and other digital tools. Shifts include day and evening hours with occasional weekend rotation in a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities
