Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and protect all customer information and follow confidentiality procedures
• Proactively engage customers to build strong relationships
• Process monetary transactions accurately and in line with bank policies
• Explain bank products and their benefits to customers
• Listen to customers and suggest product recommendations to meet financial needs
• Balance cash drawers in accordance with bank policies
• Develop partnerships with team members to enhance the customer experience
• Complete required training in a timely manner
