You will coordinate orders, communicate across channels, and keep teams aligned while managing ERP/CRM data and driving improvements. A customer-first mindset and 3+ years in related roles are required, with manufacturing background a bonus.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) someone who’s equal parts inside sales pro, manufacturing enthusiast, and all-around team player. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers, keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and experiences exceptional from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to contact for customer projects and orders — from quote to fulfillment
• Communicate like a pro through phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Keep internal teams in sync and customer expectations aligned
• Manage order and project details through our ERP/CRM systems
• Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving with confidence

What You Bring to the Table:

The Details:

• Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
• Reports to: Sr. Customer Experience Specialist
• Location: In-person at our Bolingbrook, IL HQ
• Travel: None
• Schedule: Full-time (40+ hrs/week), Monday–Friday

Starting Salary: From $55,000/year
