Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive customer experience in Nashville. You will respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to meet customer needs.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with starting pay between $19-$21/hr and a monthly bonus potential. PTO accrual, full benefits including a 401k match, and growth opportunities are offered after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Ability to wear a telephone headset for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
