Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail experience.
• Open availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for full-time roles.
• Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night for part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer service.
• Drive sales and maintain awareness of current product.
• Review KPI results to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Ensure all customers receive quick and efficient service.
