Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders, process requests and ensure follow-up on all customer issues.
• Assist in product selection, provide service support, and coordinate order maintenance.
• Support pricing, expediting, billing, credit and claims as needed.
