Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; JDE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person on various concerns.
• Enter customer orders into the sales system and coordinate with vendors and production coordinators.
• Assist warehouse and other associates with sample orders and verify materials as needed.
• Back up other CSRs as required.
