Job summary

Acme Brick Company in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide product and service information to customers and sales reps, resolve issues, and enter orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; JDE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person on various concerns.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers on various concerns.
• Coordinate with production coordinators on product inquiries.
• Place purchase orders for tile, wood, stone and other masonry products with vendors.
• Receive tile, wood, stone and other masonry materials into inventory through the operating system.
• As needed, assist warehouse and other associates with sample orders and verifying material from vendors.
• Enter sales orders and sales transfers.
