Job summary

Azelis is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in the United States to manage orders from initiation to billing, handling about 100 emails per day and calls, and coordinating with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and ERP order-entry ability. You will maintain customer records, respond to inquiries, and uphold confidentiality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or related area.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with order entry into an ERP system.
• Knowledge of freight terms and chemical packaging a plus.
• Good PC hardware and MS Office software skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Handle order management from order entry to billed shipments.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails (approx. 100 per day).
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, logistics and management teams.
• Maintain customer data in ERP and generate confirmations and notices.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues and short payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team-driven environment.
