Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as prime contact for order related activities and manage the order process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipment and resolve order issues.
• Input new orders and manage modifications and cancellations.
• Ensure accurate customer data and address information are up to date.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and plants to ensure timely invoicing and processing.
