Garage Technologies, Inc. is building a marketplace for expensive, specialized assets across America. We’re seeking an Operations professional to own initiatives, maintain trackers, and coordinate between clients, Sales, and Engineering to keep deals moving efficiently.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup, with 3+ years in ops or customer-facing roles, a Bachelor’s, and comfort with Notion, Jira, and Linear. Expect high-impact work, rapid learning, and opportunities to shape a growing platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Own operational initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain trackers and internal systems to keep deal status current.
• Identify issues, gather missing information, and resolve requests.
• Coordinate between clients, Sales, Engineering, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple active transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Help buyers and sellers navigate the Garage platform.
