As Head of Sales, you’ll partner with the CEO and leadership to identify gaps, coach the Account Executive team, and design processes that expand our seller base on Garage’s marketplace. You’ll hire, onboard, and ramp new hires while driving ambitious revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or business development with a proven track record.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing salespeople with strong pipeline management.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities for managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to identify gaps and opportunities using data.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Executive team to meet goals.
• Build processes, pipeline discipline, and operating rhythms to grow the sales org.
