The COS will act as the operational hub for the branch, handling customer service, scheduling, dispatch support, billing, vendor coordination, and office administration to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or branch operations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Billing, scheduling, and field service ops experience preferred.
• Familiar with Dynamics 365, ServiceTitan or QuickBooks preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central admin coordinator for daily branch operations.
• Answer customer calls, emails, and portal requests professionally.
• Coordinate technician scheduling and daily workflow with Dispatch.
• Create and maintain work orders, customer records, and docs.
• Communicate scheduling updates, ETAs, delays, and completions.
• Support dispatch, job costing, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Order materials and manage vendor relationships and portals.
• Monitor open work orders and pursue timely completion.
