Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to cultivate a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock, and stockroom organization while upholding our MAPS standards and omni-channel experience.

This role involves merchandise processing, pricing changes, visual presentation support, and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior stock or cashier experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enters receiving documents and reconciles invoices; completes store-to-store transfers.
• Handles visual packet materials, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Supports MAPS principles and omni-channel customer experience.
