Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by following our customer service model while supporting operations and merchandising under management guidance. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, maintain accurate pricing and signage, assist with stock, and help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for weekend and evening shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Engage customers with strong selling behaviors and greet with energy.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and product assortment.
• Support branding by treating customers and coworkers respectfully.
• Assist in achieving goals related to company initiatives and programs.
• Help receive merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom, and correct pricing.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and inventory levels.
