Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear or specialty retail.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of Store Presentation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive shopping experience by adhering to service standards.
• Assist customers and promote store promotions and rewards programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Assist in stock counts, shipping/receiving, and floor merchandise placement.
• Process sales at the POS and ensure accuracy of transactions.
