ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean, delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

The role offers full-time hours (30+ per week) with starting pay of $19.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases in Year 2–5. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, etc.).
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support management in achieving loss prevention goals.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
