Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Inform management of loss due to damaged products.
• Use POS system to process purchases and report errors.
• Adhere to cash policies.
• Open extra check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves according to merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Maintain safe working environment and proper ergonomics.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
