Job summary

ALDI, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to help merchandise and stock products, cashier customers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards throughout the store.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with scheduled wage increases over the coming years. Benefits and opportunities reflect ALDI’s commitment to its employees.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment such as cash registers, POS system, pallet jacks, devices and computers.
• Able to interpret and follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Cashier duties and accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with curbside pickup orders as needed.
• Support management to achieve operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Follow policies and procedures and help maintain merchandising standards.
