Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in our Kissimmee store. You’ll engage with customers, uphold store standards, and support credit and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

You’ll be cross-trained across store areas, work a flexible schedule, and contribute to safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention efforts. Retail experience and strong communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and engage with customers.

• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Support store recovery and loss-prevention initiatives.
