Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Part-Time Site Experience Attendant in Stockbridge, GA. The role combines customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to deliver an outstanding car wash experience.

Team members rotate through multiple tasks, support daily operations, and participate in ongoing training. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and top-notch customer engagement in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Recommend products/services based on customer needs and drive membership growth.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve questions and concerns while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming site and assist with valet/lot duties.
• Rotate between engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities.
