Location

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
  2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
  3. Provide friendly customer service and assist in store management tasks such as SOP adherence, KPIs achievement, and team leadership.
  4. Organize and lead in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, and assist with inventory and cash reconciliation.
  5. Train and develop team members, serve as Manager on Duty, and promote a positive organizational culture.
  6. Support additional responsibilities such as custom framing, truck unloading, and cross-training in related areas.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
