The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, recording interactions, and coordinating with logistics and operations to ensure on-time fulfillment. Full-time, on-site, with regular 9AM–5PM shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service representative with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Background in logistics, order coordination, or operations.
• Ability to manage orders and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through their purchasing journey.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Use logistics knowledge to help track orders, address delivery issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer support tools.
• Prior experience in logistics, order fulfillment, distribution, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
