Job summary

Stan's Donuts & Coffee in Alsip, IL is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead end-of-line packing operations, ensure accurate labeling and packaging, and meet daily targets in a fast-paced facility. You will supervise a team, uphold food safety standards, and coordinate with production, QA, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2+ years in food packaging and 1+ year in supervision, and basic computer skills for production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a packing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking, label printing, and documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all packing activities to ensure donuts are packaged correctly and efficiently.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet daily packing targets.
• Ensure accuracy of labeling, date coding, packaging materials, and case counts.
• Coordinate with maintenance for line equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, allergen control, HACCP, and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with production, QA, warehouse, and shipping teams for orders.
• Train and coach packing staff on safety, quality, and best practices.
• Conduct regular line checks for quality and consistency.
• Maintain packing records and traceability documentation.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe packing floor.
