Position Summary

Dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will also have a background in logistics, order coordination, or operations, with the ability to manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.

• Provide accurate information about our products/services and guide customers through their purchasing journey.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

• Use logistics knowledge to help track orders, address delivery issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time working on a computer
• Having close vision for computer as well as color vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Occasional presence on the production floor
