Stan's Donuts & Coffee is growing rapidly and seeks full-time AM & PM Production Leads for our Alsip facility. The ideal candidate has experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork are essential to keep production on track. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
• Flexible schedule to cover production/operation needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory and product counts.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead AM and PM production shifts in a fast-paced facility.
• Monitor production lines and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate with team to maintain efficiency and output.
• Assist with inventory counts and basic record-keeping.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas.
