Job summary

A Customer Experience Specialist role is available within Farm Credit Services of America and its affiliate associations, centered on serving rural customers through multiple channels. You will manage the customer journey from application through closing, handling inquiries and providing timely support on digital tools and services.

You will also oversee monetary activities, coordinate loan applications, and support office operations, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' customer service experience.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related majors.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolve issues with teammates.
• Process monetary activities and assist with payments and transfers.
• Coordinate loan applications from submission to signatures.
• Provide administrative support and office operations management.
