Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, thorough service that meets internal deadlines.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by understanding customer goals and credit strengths.
• Interprets financial information, asks probing questions, and recommends appropriate products and services including loan decisions and conditions.
• Manages application, renewal, and loan servicing activities by obtaining required information and entering financial data.
• Proactively evaluates portfolio to identify cross‑selling opportunities and supports marketing strategies.
