Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to guide customers through the loan process and all aspects of product delivery before, during, and after closing. You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships via phone, in person, and digital channels.

You will handle monetary accounting activities, assist with customer-facing technology, and manage overall office operations while coordinating from application to signatures.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Experience handling monetary transactions and payments.
• Ability to coordinate loan applications from submission to signatures.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and resolve issues, escalating when needed and promoting core products and digital tools.
• Process monetary transactions and respond to questions about payments, interest, and account changes; resolve overdrafts with teammates as needed.
• Coordinate new loan applications from submission to signatures, gather required documents, and manage renewal process for operating lines of credit.
• Oversee office operations including invoices, supplies, records retention, vendor validation, facility requests, and vehicle maintenance.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related majors
