Job summary

Farm Credit Services of America is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to guide customers through the loan process and product delivery. You will serve as the primary contact across phone, in-person, and digital channels, ensuring accurate documentation, timely responses, and smooth coordination from application to signature.

Preferred candidates have an Associate's Degree in Business and at least two years of customer service, with strong communication and ability to generate referrals for

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and see them through to resolution, collaborating with teammates and escalating when needed.
• Handle monetary activities and processing of payments and wire transfers; address payments, interest and account changes.
• Coordinate new loan applications from submission to signatures and renewal of operating line of credit.
• Provide administrative support to office operations, including invoicing, supplies, records retention and vendor coordination.
