Job summary

TRIARC Tank in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the end-to-end customer journey from quote through delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Production and customers to ensure a superior experience while supporting revenue growth; this role oversees Inside Sales and Customer Service, mentoring one team member and driving process improvements across CRM, order management and sales support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, account management, or customer experience within manufacturing or industrial products
• Experience supervising or mentoring a small team CRM experience (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Production
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience function
• Supervise and develop the Inside Sales/CSR representative
• Manager customer relationships and key accounts
• Support the outside sales organization
• Improve CRM and sales processes
• Coordinate customer visits and industry events
• Analyze customer trends and recommend improvements
