Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Ensure returns and exchanges comply with policies and are handled to satisfy customers.
• Communicate new programs and promotions to customers.
• Follow policies for stamps, money orders, gift certificates, lottery, and Western Union transfers.
• Report pricing and scanning discrepancies to the appropriate manager.
• Stock and inventory department merchandise and maintain stocking conditions.
