Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store associates and POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit initiatives.
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and policies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with labor laws.
