Arbor Homes in Indianapolis is seeking a customer care specialist to connect with home buyers, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate warranty-related repairs. You will work with construction teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions and maintain excellent customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of residential construction experience, strong communication, and a commitment to quality. Schedule is 8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth and team events.

Qualificações

• 2 years residential construction experience.
• Customer oriented, outgoing, dependable & ethical.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work a regular 8AM–5PM schedule M–F.
• Valid driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to resolve challenges beyond expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues by phone or email before on-site visits when possible.
• Assess complaints to identify the necessary steps for resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule and attend Customer Care visits within a 2-hour window.
• Complete minor repairs when needed for customer convenience.
• Maintain proactive communication and document resolutions.
• Conduct customer meetings with respect, professionalism, and care.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Be Arbor Homes' spokesperson for post-closing quality experience.
