Job summary

Lighthouse Buick GMC, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) for the Body Shop in Morton, IL. The role focuses on guiding customers through the repair process after an accident, coordinating with insurance and vendors, and maintaining exceptional customer service as the top priority.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The position is part-time with a pay range of $15–$18 per hour and benefits including a 401(k) with employer contribution and employee discount.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with basic software.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone with an energetic, and welcoming attitude.
• Give customers a great greeting both on the phone and in person.
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
• Answer phone and schedule repair estimates and appointments.
• Create files and organize documents (CCC Files, Tekion RO’s).
• Oversee the Body Shop accounts receivable schedule.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
