Job summary

SPX Technologies in Missouri is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to support the Customer Service department by analyzing feedback, improving processes, and assisting with project management initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting in Excel, and exposure to Power BI, with collaboration across plants and teams in a hybrid setting; occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in PM, Process Improvement, Hospitality, Business Development, Corporate Communications, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build reports and present findings clearly.
• Access to Microsoft Teams with video capabilities.
• Willing to travel up to 10% to observe plant processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in creating Excel reports; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Shadow Customer Service Managers in meetings and interactions to learn processes.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to improve collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Develop clear, concise written and verbal customer communications.
• Assist in evaluating processes across plants to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions.
